Community Guidelines
Gather is intended for people to exchange ideas, share moments, and discuss topics respectfully. These guidelines explain the behavior expected from members.
Contribute in good faith
Share your own ideas and experiences, add context when it helps readers, and engage with the subject rather than attacking the person. Disagreement is welcome when expressed without harassment.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not post passwords, private contact details, private messages, or sensitive information about another person without permission. Do not impersonate a person or mislead readers about who created content.
Share media responsibly
Only upload photos, videos, and other material you own or are allowed to share. Avoid content that exploits, threatens, humiliates, or targets people. Use captions and context that accurately describe media.
No spam or manipulation
Do not flood the community with repetitive posts, fake engagement, misleading links, scams, or unrelated promotions. Do not create accounts or interactions to manipulate popularity indicators.
Report problems
If you find content that appears abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe, contact Gather through the Contact page and include the relevant URL. Gather may review reported material and take action where appropriate.
Editorial content
Editorial stories should distinguish reported facts from opinion, identify original sources, and correct meaningful errors. Read our Editorial Standards.
